Super Simple Raw Food Bars

Ingredients: Dates, Apricots, Sultanas, Almonds, Agave Nectar

Hey Guys,

This morning I decided to make some healthy raw food bars. I took all of the ingredients and whizzed them in a blender (you can also just whack and roll them all together with a rolling pin :D ) I then rolled out the mixture and drizzled agave nectar syrup over the top. Then roll the mixture up into a sausage shape and cut into two bars.

These are so simple to make and they are so yummy. You need to eat within a couple of days, if you are going to keep them in the fridge you will need to lift them out about 1/2 an hour before you want to eat them to let them soften up.
